熱中症になってました🥹
こんばんは♡お盆休み、今日からの方もいらっしゃるのかな❣️いかがお過ごしでしょうか？？🩷私は熱中症になってしまいました😢（今はもう回復しています⟡.*）炎天下に居たわけでもないし水分もちょこちょこ取っていたので...なると思っていませんでした💦水分も大事ですがミネラルや塩分もしっかり取らないとですね...あとはちゃんと涼しい場所で寝ること！クーラーのタイマーは危険です...！！私は扇風機の風で涼しく感じてましたがそう感じる時点で既になってたのかも😱もうなりたくないので気をつけて過ごしています💦こちらはいま大雨ですが☔湿度が高くても熱中症になり得るのでお互い気をつけましょうね！！😭良いお盆をお過ごし下さい❣️✼••┈┈┈┈••✼••┈┈┈┈┈••✼••┈┈┈┈••✼次回の出勤は16日 18時〜4時 です♡ご予約お待ちしております🎀 #次回の出勤予定 #雑記 #胸
